These terms cover your use of paradisepaintplus.com and the services we provide. By using this site, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to them.

Paradise Painting Plus Inc ("Paradise Painting," "we," "us," "our") is a residential painting contractor operating in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island, Florida.

You may use this site to learn about our services and request an estimate. You may not:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it
• Scrape, copy or republish our content, photos or copy without written permission
• Submit false information or someone else's contact details

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

All text, photographs, project images, logos and design elements on this site belong to Paradise Painting Plus Inc or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our written consent.

Project photos show real work we completed. Results vary by surface, substrate condition, product selection and site conditions. Photos are examples, not a promise of identical results on your property.

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• An estimate is not a contract. Work begins only once you accept a written quote and we agree on scope and schedule.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After that, pricing may change with material and labor costs.
• Quotes are based on the scope, surface condition and access described at the time of the estimate. If conditions differ once work begins, we'll stop, tell you, and give you a written change order before proceeding. You are not charged for additional work you haven't approved in writing.
• Pricing shown anywhere on this website or in our advertising is indicative. Your price is the price on your written quote.

Your written quote defines exactly what is included. Anything not listed on the quote is not included.

Unless the quote says otherwise, the following are not included:

• Repairs to rot, structural damage, active leaks, or failing stucco discovered during prep
• Mold or mildew remediation beyond routine cleaning
• Lead paint abatement
• Moving heavy furniture, appliances or fixtures
• Landscaping repair beyond reasonable care
• Permits, HOA applications or association approvals

HOA and community approvals. If your property is in a deed-restricted community or HOA, obtaining color and scope approval is the property owner's responsibility unless we've agreed in writing to handle it. We are not liable for work that a community later requires to be changed or redone because approval wasn't obtained.

To let us work safely and on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property and work areas on the agreed dates
• Secure pets
• Remove or protect fragile, valuable and personal items from work areas
• Provide access to water and electrical outlets
• Turn off irrigation systems near exterior work areas as directed
• Disclose known conditions such as leaks, prior repairs, lead paint or previous coating failures
• Confirm color selections in writing before we begin

Delays caused by access, approvals, unresolved property conditions or color changes may affect the schedule and the price.

Paint color appears different across screens, printed samples, lighting conditions and surfaces. Final color approval is yours.

Once a color is applied at your direction, repainting in a different color is additional work and is quoted separately.

Southwest Florida weather affects exterior work. Rain, humidity and storm conditions can delay start dates and completion. We'll keep you informed. We're not liable for delays caused by weather, material availability, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.

• Payment terms, deposit amount and schedule are stated on your written quote or contract.
• Final payment is due on completion unless the quote states otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate allowed under Florida law.
• Any warranty or guarantee we provide takes effect only once the job is paid in full.

• You may cancel before work begins. Deposits are refundable less any costs already incurred for materials ordered specifically for your project or labor already performed.
• Where Florida law gives you a right to cancel within a set period after signing, that right applies and is stated in your contract.
• If we need to cancel, we'll refund any amounts paid for work not performed.

Where a written workmanship guarantee is provided with your completed project, the terms of that document govern. It is issued at completion and sets out exactly what is covered, what is excluded, how to make a claim, and whether it transfers to a subsequent owner.

Nothing on this website creates a guarantee. Only the written guarantee document issued for your specific project does.

Paint product performance, including fading, chalking and color retention, is covered by the paint manufacturer's own warranty, not by us.

We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Florida law. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

By providing your phone number you agree we may contact you by phone, text and email about your estimate and project.

Marketing texts require your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Reviews shown on this site are real reviews from real customers, published as written or with only minor edits for length or spelling. We do not pay for reviews and we do not write them ourselves.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of rental income, or damage to items you were asked to remove or protect and did not.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

This website is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available.

If something goes wrong, contact us first. Most issues get resolved with a phone call and a visit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collier County or Lee County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Your project is governed by the terms in effect when you accepted your written quote.
