Information you give us directly. When you request an estimate, submit a form, call, text, message us on Facebook or Instagram, or leave a review, we may collect:

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified.

We photograph our work before, during and after a job. We use those photos for quality control, warranty records, our website, social media and advertising.

We do not publish your name, street address or any identifying detail alongside a project photo without your permission.

If you don't want photos of your property used in marketing, tell us before or during the job and we'll note it on your file. Email paradisepaintplus@gmail.com at any time to have photos of your property removed from future marketing.

• Estimate requests that don't become jobs: up to 3 years
• Completed job records, contracts and invoices: at least 7 years, for tax and insurance purposes
• Warranty and workmanship records: for the length of the applicable guarantee, plus 2 years
• Marketing contact lists: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Get a copy of it
• Correct information that's wrong
• Ask us to delete it
• Opt out of marketing emails, texts and calls

No system is perfectly secure. We can't guarantee against every possible breach, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information we'll notify you as required by Florida law.

Our services are for property owners. Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
